Beware and get everything in writing as Eileen seems to have selective memory. We agreed on a price for them to go clean my elderly parents trailer. After the one hour the cleaning ladies charged $30 more than agreed apon. After speaking with Eileen she said well it was dirtier than we thought and had to work the full hour, which is what we agreed on, rather than 45 min which was never brought up. Also the job was just average. Nothing special.
Damaged our floors, denied it and never returned our key
MiniMaid employees made a significant damage to our hardwood floor, the office replied to our extremely polite message with 'they say they didn't do it', then they just stopped replying to us and never returned our key. Taking them to court.
These ladies get it done...Eileen and Joanne looked after every detail for the cleaning of my home on moving day. Many thanks for giving me one less thing to worry about on a crazy day! My house looked perfect.
