Had two guys sent to my house from here to repair my tv. Very rude and unprofessional. Asked me abruptly, 'so you gonna help?' when they couldn't figure how to get my tv off the wall. I asked them aren't you the tv repairmen (like it's your job isn't it?) One guy yelled out 'excuse me?!' They spent the next ten minutes arguing with me on how they aren't sure how the tv comes off the wall. Yes. TV repair people couldn't figure out how to take a tv off the wall. Samsung is not happy nor I.
