When we purchased they sold us the warranty package on the understanding we would receive our money back if we did not use it. Now they tell us it would be a store credit that had to be used in 3 months. We called back again then to purchase a fridge with our store credit and was told now that it was only for furniture and mattresses which we have already purchased so the store credit is useless to us to be used in 3 months
I’ve dealt with the brick on a few occasions over the years, but the last few dealings I’ve had with them in the past 18 months have been atrocious. There is no communication, my orders just sit in the system and when they need more information from me, they don’t contact me. The extended warranty that you apparently get back as a credit is a joke (make sure you have them explain EXACTLY how it can be used). They scratched my car in the loading dock, said they’d fix it, now no response. Terrible
Great selecton. Not to pushy, helpful sales rep. Thanks! We went in to buy a sectional. Reps work with IPAD now so they can tell you right on the spot if they have something in stock which is cool.
Seriously the gentleman that helped us was working pretty much alone, we were among 6 families that were looking at beds, and he was full of smiles - very helpful, knowledgeable and helped a couple passing customers at the same time. Was very impressed.
We stopped by the Brick in Kelowna to look at mattresses. it was Mila who offered us assistance and we were quite impressed by her knowledge of mattresses and all the helpful suggestions that she offered us. She was friendly, helpful and knew her product very well. We ended up purchasing a mattress set that day and we are looking forward to having the new mattress delivered to our house for free and getting rid of our old one at the same time. I would recommend The Brick to my friends and family
We went to check out a specific sectional couch, which they had a floor model we could see. Mila helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. She was respectful and not at all pushy.
Impressive! After a couple weeks of grinding the local appliance companies, I decided to give The Brick a call - not expecting much - Jay M @ The Brick Kelowna killed it. 95% completed with 1 phone call – matched & then beat the competitions price hands down. Met us on his day off to process the payment - Nice work. Finally, some good customer service. Be like Jay.
