C & C Electrical Mechanical

I have been told that C & C first said their plumber, Matt, had removed a part but had forgotten to bring in the right part. Now we are told that C & C is admitting this occurred as a result of repairs C & C proposed itself to the Strata Council, of course without anticipating the problems it would create. Instead of fixing things, they are now putting together a quote to the Strata to fix the problem they failed to anticipate and advise us about! Long story short: C & C is not synonymous!
