Don't buy shoes from them. No refund policy. The owner only wants to sell the shoes that he makes the most profit and not care about what is best fit and price for you. When you go there to repair shoes, he will make you purchase a new pair to make the most of the money from you.

Today was the last time I will give this store my business. They have ruined a purse after having it for a month and ruined 3 pairs of shoes. The owner gave no apologies and wanted to charge me for fixing his mistake. Besides the damage, the wait is very lengthy to have most repairs done.

Was sold “new Birkenstocks” which turned out to be sub brand stock that was 15 years old!! Didn’t get a box and was told they “threw out the box just yesterday.” Asked for my money back and the store owner said he was angry that I was saying he lied to me. I replied “imagine how I feel as the customer.” I did not raise my voice or swear and yet he threatened to call security. I will tell everyone I know not to shop there unless you at least know to ask the right questions.

I suggest to anyone . Stay away from this business. I peas told about a week to re sole my work boots. 12 Days later I received a call that they made a mistake and it would be another week. 2 weeks later I went in and was told they had called me. Which was Not true. I asked for a 50% refund and he said no they would only give free polishing. I have no need for that. I asked for some insoles and was denied. He said he wanted to make it right but they did not. I will never go back again!?

Womens Boots

Bought womens boots for Xmas for the wife, after xmas on sale for 20 bucks cheaper. They will not offer you 20 bucks or anything else. They said we have on sale cause we have 2 pairs left which is a lie cause I bought the last pair they said. As soon as store opened after xmas, on sale for 20 bucks less. No returns or refunds even if you never worn them. Stay away
