The space is not enough to detail my awful experience so I will summarize it.
I Will never go back to this kiosk for anything.
At 4pm on 16 February 2021, as I parked and getting out of my vehicle to pick up a DHL package,I was approached by this arrogant man,owner/manager and was told that I cannot park and was redirecting me to use parking at Dutch house.
He followed me inside and continue to harass me & told me to go home and open my package at home. He threatened me after.
paid $300 for shipping two irreplaceable hand drawn art pieces which included $600 insurance coverage. They reassured me that my valuable art pieces will arrive in the same condition I was shipping them. Once I finally received them (late), there were deep bend creases in both pieces. FedEx took no liability as they said it was a packaging problem. The packaging depot WHO HAD PACKAGED MY ITEM, took no responsibility and dismissed me entirely with the rudest and most awful customer service.
Friendly courteous service. This was the first time we have shipped a parcel by Fed Ex. The people at the Packaging Depot were very friendly and helpful. They took care to understand my needs and offered various options with regard to shipping rates and speed of delivery. The location is very convenient and accessible with parking in the rear of the store.
Family owned business so service was excellent.They have all options to choose from like sea, air and ground.They carry all kind of moving and shipping supplies.Prices are really good too
