    Reasonable Rates, Good service

    I work in the hotel industry and I recently got some time off to go with my GF on a road trip to Vancouver island. I compared rental rates around the city and found Pacific Car Rentals able to match Budget car prices. They have a good selection of import cars that are fuel efficient which is something me and my gf is looking for since gas costs lots of money these days and we rented a small but great Honda Fit to drive around the Island for three days. We found nothing to complain, the car is excellent, service is good. We were worried about the insurance due to the one negative review but we bought the rental car premium LDW package that covers everything and had a $500 deductible instead so we felt safer and peace of mind. Overall, our experience from this rental car company is pretty good.

    avoid at all cost

    very poor service with no description of policy. Charged us $900 on credit card for minor scratches without calling to confirm charges. Overcharged mileage too and will not refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company unless u want to be slapped with unexpected fees.

    After looking around for the best deal I found out they have the cheapest rate in town plus a very good service. :-)

    EXCELLENT SERVICE !

    It was our first time in Vancouver and since we arrived to the airport we had a very kind and happy welcome from Pacific Car Rentals staff. The car and the service were wonderful!, I have no complains at all about PCR and I would recommend it to everybody.

    Car Rental vancouver

    This has got to be one of the most rag-tag Avis locations. They invariable have grumpy and petulant staff, they seem to have more rules and limitations on everything, they have no cars and there is no key slot return. After giving this place more than a few chances, we have given up.
