WELCOMEFestivals Kelowna is a nonprofit society that produces outdoor programs and events including Parks Alive!, Arts Alive!, the Kelowna Buskers Program, the Celebrate Canada Day Kelowna festivities, and the New York New Years Eve family celebration.
