The Oceanside Community Arts Council (OCAC) was founded in 1976 by groups of local residents dedicated to promoting a wider enjoyment and appreciation of the arts and community-based cultural events throughout the greater Parksville/Qualicum Beach area of central Vancouver Island (School District 69).Oceanside Community Arts Council is a non-profit, registered charity that serves the entire Oceanside community by providing programs and a venue for cultural and artistic expression.
