Len renovated the complete interior of my house, as well as steam cleaned and painted the exterior, the deck and car port.
He did a superior job, and had design ideas and did many extras that completely transformed my home.

I met Len few months ago . My wife and I were debating if it was worth it to built a secondary suite in our house. I contacted him and he came to our house and For a couple of hours we talk about what options were available to us. I immediately like his demeanour and professionalism !. He made abundantly clear from the start that his priorities were that quality and workmanship were extremely important to him !. I was so impress with him that I ask him to give me a quote for the first stage of my project which was given to me a couple of days later. It was a fair price and the end result was impressive to say the least !! He is extremely meticulous and take his time to do things right the first time!. Once I saw his work I asked him for a quote on building a landing and wooden staircase off the second story deck and again the end result is breathtaking !! Not only he did a bang on job but it is beautiful and strong enough to last a life time !! This contractor put to shame some other contractor I dealt with in the past !. We just recently bought an older house and decided to renovate it and really make it our own. I was recommended by a work college to contact Len at Belcan and was told that he does an out standing job.
WOW, let me tell you what a pleasure! Quality and Class does equal perfection. Len at Belcan prides himself on the quality of his work, he repainted our living room, 3 bedrooms, Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He then suggested that we add crown mouldings and base boards, I'm glad I took his advise.
Great job! Len has exceeded our expectations.
