Horrible service, wouldn't reccomend

I'm really not happy with the service I received today about my furnace. The house I just purchased has a gas furnace that was installed by this company. It says right on the furnace in writing that there is an 8 year warrenty on all parts. The warranty is up as of the 6th of December and they won't even replace a simple glow plug. I'm extremely unimpressed. The gentleman was rude and didn't care at all. Do not go with this company.
