Company owner sent workers to our home even though we told him we did not need his services as we had found someone else. Owner said he was on vacation and asked for our address, so us not providing an address in response warrants his team starting work (without informing us that they were entering our home, which he says is not wrong and I should not explain the law to him) to start work. Incredibly rude and pushy, do not hire. Demanded payment, did not accept any fault.

When I built my house in 2003 I used AA Insulation to blow the insulation in the attic. Code at that time was r40. I was happy until I recently sold the house and was informed there is only r20 in the attic. I called AA Insulation and he couldn't be bothered to come and look. It was basically tough luck. I am not an expert so can't tell from experience what r40 looks like. I would advise you to use caution and make sure you get what you pay for.
