beware of this shop,he has a very bad name out in the automotive section,do your research before taking your car there.in my opinion he,s the lowest of the low.

I took my Chevy Silverado to (X shop) they told me that it needs a tranmisson with an estimate of 3500-4500, my brother took my truck to jp transmission and and they told me that we just needed a temperature sensor and to reset program to TCM. Thank you Jp transmission, they got me back on the road for less than $450. I'll be back with my future cars. Great work guys.
Worst customer service I have ever received! I took my rotor and wheel bearing in to have two stripped bolts removed and the wheel hub pressed out! They couldn't get the bolts out and so they tried to press the hub out while still attached to the rotor. They did not brace the rotor and hub correctly and broke my rotor while trying to press out the hub. They then told me I would have to buy a new rotor and claimed no responsibility for breaking it! The manager proceeded to be very rude with my friend who was helping me change the wheel hub and told h if he was a mechanic then he should have fixed it himself! The lack of respect and inability to take responsibility for their mistake is apaling and their scare tactics by bringing 5 men into the office to tell 2 of us about the broken rotor was juvenile!!!!
I took my minivan with a failed transmission to JP. Surpirse! The rebuild was completed promptly with courteous and honesty,excellent workmanship, on a promised price with no hidden charges. They had infinite patience to explain the problem and how they would fix it. It is hard to find a local auto mechanic you can trust wtih good work at reasonable costs. I would recommend JP Transmission to anyone who needs transmission work.
I was very satisfied with the service I got from this place when I took my car in. They spent a lot of time explaining what's wrong with my vehicle and what needs to be done. They did not rush and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely go back and recommend this shop to my friends and family
Was really impressed with how I was there getting the coil fixed in my truck when I noticed my A/C wasn't working and JP transmission fixed it for me at no charge. Thank you!!
DON'T GO HERE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU ALL THESE THINGS THAT ARE WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE, WHEN THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. Took my car there for a clutch, they ripped the transmission apart and then charged me over $1200.00 for a botched job. Had to go back three times to fix. Finally took it to Midas.
