Ordered two knives on a Wednesday; $254 + $60 express 1-2 day shipping.
Tuesday rolls around, 6 days later, one knife arrives at the post office and then we get a message saying they have another knife from another warehouse shipping out, do we want $30 refund or do we want to get it tomorrow. So basically; "Pay $30 for what is now 7 day shipping or get it in snailmail"
Absolutely abysmal. Just pay the few extra bucks and order from Amazon or someone else.
