I agree with the review by Natiala. The management is very rude. The lady behaves as if she is a Syrian Gang Lord. They did not return my CAD 1025 deposit on the pretext of minor issues. The place stinks and the swimming pools are not maintained. My mail box was vandalised, it has poor security. The place and staff suck. They will be very polite when you go for enquiring. However, they are very rude when you are in. Do not risk your money.
The management staff are rude and unhelpful - if you're lucky enough to converse with someone who actually understands English! The units are poorly maintained and our entire complex got bed bugs that took over a month to get rid of.
Don't let them fool you with an 'introductory rate.' They hike your rent up every year. Our second floor deck is actually hanging inches off the building - safety hazard much? We have even gone to the toilet before only to find a LIVE RAT in the toilet bowl!
