Rude and no patience on the phone when booking service. Worker left in the middle of service. They say they are sending two more workers tomorrow morning but still not impressed.

Rented 7 portable restrooms for a running event in Sept. Two units that were delivered did not function and were left on site with no replacement. Not enough toilets resulted in others to be over used and back up, causing a huge mess. Have been asking the Operation Manager, Mike to follow up on the invoice since October. Office Staff have been very polite, but they cannot seem to reach Ops. Manager for months to deal with the lack of service provided. Very disappointed in Coast Environmental.

Service over phone was quick and responsive, report on tank condition was thorough, prices were as quoted (with small reduction for double pump out with neighbour). Tank size calculation was larger than my understanding of the tank capacity, but overall impression was work was as agreed. Did not view pumping operation.

Coast Environment...

Coast Environmental left in the middle of a septic pumping and inspection job. They did not return and left us with a big mucky mess and didn't even call to let us know they would not be returning. We were forced to call in another septic pumping and inspection business but had to wait over the weekend with a dug up and open septic tank. Save yourself the stress and hassle and call someone else. We are absolutely disgusted with this extremely poor local business !!
