I am a 100% sure that I dropped my phone yesterday in a resort cap. I have called 5 minutes after I got dropped off and nothing. Phone got turned off immediately and no effort was made for contacting the driver and returning my phone. Very disappointed with the service and as I have heard my friends had similar experiences with forgotten items in resort taxis...
We called and they said they would be at our place in 5 minutes, after waiting half an hour we called back and they said it would be 10 minutes. After another half an hour they did not answer our calls. Very disappointed in this company and will definitely never use again.
