Phoned the Delta location to book an appointment got it all booked took taxi there to find it closed. Called the delta location again and they said your appointment was in Surrey!! Poor management will not go back
I booked an appointment for vestibular therapy advising the receptionist I have vertigo. She books me in for a Friday appointment. I arrive and states the physiotherapist for vertigo is not in and I have to re-book. She tried blaming me for her error of not advising her that it was for vertigo. Then what type of appointment am I trying to book? I advised her on the initial conversation it was for vertigo. Completely unprofessional. I should charge them for my babysitter fees.
