I have found this bank very difficult to communicate with...calls through a central answering service are often misdirected. When told that certain transactions would take a few days, I was never contacted about delays. It has been seven weeks since I applied to have funds distributed to beneficiaries in the matter of my moms estate and was told that I had done everything necessary. Seven weeks later and no communication from the bank and no funds have been disbursed.
beside the broker who got us a great deal, this branch was the worst experience I have ever had in 15 plus yrs of getting mortgages, the individual I was dealing with was utterly unprofessional, rude, and most of all unorganized and almost felt like he didn't even know what he was doing. The branch manager gave even less confidence in dealing with the situation. I was disgusted, and honestly appalled at the service, and how badly they messed up on so many levels.If you can go to any other BRANCH
