Local craft beers and fresh ingredients can be hard to come by, but Aaron Hotell is passionate about serving quality local products at the Hawthorne Beer Market and Bistro. Customers of this Surrey hotspot are treated to a rotating showcase of local beers and dishes, combining a sense of community with quality products.
Aaron found that local breweries were eager to sell their products in the area, even if it meant they didn’t sell as much. Local producers wanted to connect with their community and represent their products, and Aaron was happy to accommodate them. So he designed Hawthorne to reflect the passion and effort of those who worked hard to build it and fill its shelves. "There are a lot of people putting energy into products, whether it’s a good local chicken or beer," Aaron says. "We do as much as we can to try and make those things stand out. These producers are not far from here, and I hope people get value out of the great things they're doing with food and drinks."
