Submitting my daughter's renewal passport application at the BLS office was incredibly easy and thanks to their exceptional service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helped me navigate the entire process smoothly, ensuring all my documents were in order.
Yesterday, I got my application done ... process was smooth staff was very helpful
2022 - and still nothing has changed. Applied for my daughter OCI application, then because of the incorrect information, has to apply for visa too since then my OCI postal was returned, and now my visa got returned too because of incorrect information provided by BLS agent. The worst part is that they wont even do anything to make up for the $250+ spent on the postal application, just said, I have a excellent option for you, please go into the BLS office and apply (when pointed out their mistak
This is the worst service I had to deal with & they do not explain that you need to send them a draft cheque and do not call you to tell you the or tell you before hand. I gave them a months time and they gas light me till I needed to travel. Either don't deal with them or give them 2 months to get anything done. Your money will be drained by them! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! Don't belive!

Horrible service at BLS Vancouver, expect a wait time for at least 3 hours. Neither is their website well maintained nor the staff. I wish Indian ministry takes a serious action and provide flexible options to get things done on time.
Incompetent, lazy people who give wrong information, false pick-up dates, etc. No sense of pride goes into their job whatsoever. this office completely screwed up our travel plans to India to the point where I never want to to return to their country if this is how they do business. Just awful.
My all 4 visits there have been nothing short of a nightmare. These guys do not know their own rules, laze around the whole day - coffee breaks and whatnot, avoid you by finding an excuse. It's state of affairs is miserable. My Indo-Canadian friend told me they send them directly from India without proper training or work-ethics and that all of them have got their jobs through nepotism and favoritism, regardless of merit. They have forms printed in incorrect english and the lady at the counter does not even know the difference between "or" or "before" in their own forms. Shameful! It's just a money pit. I wish I never had to go there.
