Since the last time I have used up my accidental plan my experience was not good. I wanted them to hold a phone until my credit came in and was told they could only hold the phone until the next day. Which the next day is a weekend and the accidental coverage company is not open on weekends; therefore they would not hold the phone until monday. Also I was given a phone number to contact the store but this # does not connect to a person. Staples is not there to make it easy on customers.
