I sent my friend to DP AUTO works for VICKAR cause his looking for a best vehicle for himself and her wife and they got a lovely 2019 eclipse cross SUV *Congrats again* and my friend said that he referral me then of course I expected to get referral from DP AUTO and then DP AUTO said I'm not counted has a REFERRAL. NOT LEGIT dealership. (Disappointed/not recommended)
Gave up after trying to reach their service department for an hour. Would give negative stars if possible.
My experience buying an RVR was awesome. After visiting 4 other dealerships Vickar Mitsubishi was a really enjoyable. I felt no pressure and actually took a week to make my mind up. It was great experience, everything was up front with all our questions and was delightful to deal with. The day we pick up our Mitsubishi was also great. Thanks to all those who made our experience positive.
I bought a used Mitsubishi Lancer 2011. The car had lot of scratches inside. When showroom was brought to notice 2days later they responded that i would have to pay for it to get it fixed. On my first routine maintenance , they said theit would cost me $300. I ended up in paying $500 because without even asking me they put in an airfilter , cleanened vents and don't know what else. On my recent visit, i went to showroom because the electronic clock and radio stopped working. They mechanic told me that they cannot fix the radio and it would cost me $550 for same 2011 radio which they have in stock. I never installed it. But they fixed the radio and clock anyways and told me that it would stop working anytime and I will eventually have to buy a radio and clock. It has been a month since they fixed it and its good as gold. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to vikar mitsubishi.
Bought a truck , broke down 3 times in 20 days .service breaks light came on. Asked for refund because it is a lemon. Was told sorry it's your truck now, we can keep towing it back and try fixing it again.
