Fireside Home Heating

Poor service. Repeatedly requested info relative to preparing our home for wood stove installation, however Dave was either slow to get back to us and when he did he did not answer all the items we requested clarification on. When we indicated we were going to ask someone else within the industry to clarify some of the items, he did not like be seconded guessed. He then declined to install and caused us extra cost waiting for someone else to complete.
