Neil Davidson is a certified home inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Neil is 'Brit' who immigrated to Canada in 2007 - where he worked in the legislated New Home Warranty industry in Vancouver, British Columbia for five years. Working for a leading New Home Warranty provider, Neil gained the skills required to determine and evaluate a vast variety of material and construction defects. In processing homeowners' claims submitted under the home warranty policy, Neil would assess the validity of the claims against the legislation. In five years Neil processed over 5,000 claims, largely of which were in the form of reports written by Home Inspectors or Engineers.
