What a great experience dealing with Priyanka. She is an absolute sweetheart and I would highly recommend dealing with her.

Maddy was awesome! She was so helpful assisting me to pick out my new frames and fitting them to me! Also, she honors a price match!! I am very happy with her customer service!

If I could give them no stars I would. Optometrist was great but the lens staff at the lab cannot do replacement lens correct. Both lens are the same. When you take one out you put in the same strength not a dummy lens that the person can’t see out off. When they send it back for a redo as a rush it takes over two weeks. Have replacement plan on them for two years. The second pair they did the same thing to. If lab tech cannot do it right replace the tech. Bad customer service.

I have been dealing with this place for a couple of years. My optometrist was awesome however the staff are terrible. I called several times during the daytime and it goes straight to the answering machine. Note to any business owner hire someone that can answer the phone during business hours.Have had several times when my contact were supposedly ordered only to find out they were not.Terrible service I will be changing my optometrist now.

horrible service incompetent staff they over promise and under deliver They provided a lot of incorrect information. Promised me my contacts and they didn't come in. Their website and voicemail are out of date, hours are not correct. The girl didn't even know how to write a prescription! She promised she'd call me back, but didn't bother to call back as she was too busy. Never again!

I should have read the review before choosing this place as my eye care center. As a previous comment stated my doctor was amazing. She was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. However, the service I received after my appt and upon future visits was below par. Unsure if low number of staff was the issue or lack of knowledgable staff. Needless to say I am not impressed and will be going elsewhere.

Avoid this place! Doctors are fine but it's the service afterwards when TRYING to buy glasses. Staff are rude, disrespectful and condescending. It should be simple. Pick out frames, order, pay receive- not the case here.
