Warm, friendly and inviting – these are not the typical words used to describe a tattoo shop – but Sin on Skin is not your typical place. From my first phone call, where I was greeted by the lovely and always professional Nicole, to the end of my third sitting, as Kyle perfected the artwork he masterfully created for my half sleeve, I have been impressed above and beyond any expectations I had. High quality work, professional, friendly and above industry standards in all areas! 100% recommend!
Best tattoo shop you can go to. Excellent and skilled artists. Super friendly staff, who will work with you to fully develop your tattoo ideas. Extremely clean studio, completely sterile work space. Everyone is always happy to see you come back again and again and it's a very welcoming environment. It feels like that place where you "chill with your friends" and you also know you're in the best of hands. Can't go wrong with Sin on Skin =)
LOVE this place! Have 3 tats, one done by Kyle and the other by Eldrick, the 3rd isn't worth mentioning cause I hate it and they didn't do it. Saving it up for my next one and I think Lacey will be next in line for some bright coloe work!

Not only is this shop kept clean and well-maintained (especially considering the lack of regulations when it comes to tattoo/piercing shops in halifax), the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to kyle for a year now and have been consistently impressed by the sin on skin team. Trusting someone who has over 20 years of experience in the field isn't hard, and I've never been disappointed. Highly recommended!!
I just wanted to say after years of looking for a GREAT artist, I finally found one. I've been going to Kyle for a couple months now and every time I see him I'm more and more impressed with his work. I also found out he worked on Titanic for special effects - cool pictures in shop which I thought was pretty sick.
I like the atmosphere in the shop and everyone there is a total professional. The inks are crazy bright and really heal well, no scabbing at all! I get compliments about my work all the time. If you want a reliable, safe studio with talented artists I highly recommend Sin on Skin Tattoo Studio in Halifax.
