Poor customer service - Zero people skills j
I called the owner, Kate, to dispute being charged 50% for cancelling in spite of doing so 10 days in advance. I opened my phone call by saying that I was taken aback by the charge. Kate launched into a verbal tirade that was emotionally charged and completely on-sided. I spent over 20 minutes listening to her and had no opportunity to speak or express my opinion. Policy aside, I felt bullied and disrespected. I was penalized the same for giving 10 days notice as if I'd given only 1 day.
