Ill give you just the short story however If your looking for names of the manager (J) and fellow inside the room with me when I was fired or the name of my Supervisor his name (K) and Team Lead Supervisor (D) who took me a side on a Monday in Dec /2013, to discuss a conversation with a Customer I had, (Her name for legal reasons have only been provided to legal counsel), as well as transcript of conversation. I also had a Floor support Supervisor with me thru out the call (K), we Discussed said call end of matter. Thursday walked in to work and before I could walk past the front desk was pulled in to a room by (J) , and was fired a week before Christmas. They said they completed a full investigation of the call and was terminated as of that point. I had asked if they spoke to my floor Manager (K) and floor Support (K) was told they did not. I was fired because not one supervisor that day would allow me to transfer my customer to them (as per our job when a supervisor is requested by a customer) My floor support and I were disgusted and humiliated we had try;d everything. We decided the best we could is go back to the customer apologize and explain I would have a Supervisor call her back. I was able after 48 mins of trying everything possible to walking around my call center looking for a supervisor to call my customer back. I was able to have a Supervisor call her back. Her complaint was her order was held for almost a week for a "Fraud Hold" we are not to say anything about this to the customers its a "SECRET" however i agreed with the customer it should not take that long to release her order and have it out to her next business day delivery between 9am-5pm her local time. Well with me being a very soft kind heart ed person I had called her "Hunnie" and she put in a complaint about it to that supervisor. That's why I was fired I called her Hunnie. WOW way to go Staples .......
