Not sure what the previous rating is about; have been dealing with Roseland for years and have only had the most excellent of luck with them. If anyone is complaining about the new website they obviously have NO idea what the old one looked like. This is a 2 man operation and I assure you, they are both very real people. If you have an issue contact them directly and I am sure they will do what they can to make it right.
I will never buy anything from Roseland again. If you choose to do so, expect not to receive what you ordered with no accountability for an e-commerce store with incomplete product descriptions.
