    Ended up with 100l of water in our tank. They weren’t willing to do anything except charge us extra. They said it wasn’t their oil but we took a sample and it was. Absolutely no customer service and we had been with them for years.

    The service from The Oilman is seamless and worry free - they figure out the schedule of regular deliveries and initiate payment off my credit card before they come to ensure that they're covered. Honest, timely, and free of hassles. What more can one ask for? (maybe pizza with extra cheese?)
