Poor Customer Service
I walked into this shop on a Friday afternoon to get a men's haircut at 4:30 pm. I walked in after seeing the open sign on and the hairdresser reading a newspaper at the desk. I asked if I could get a men's cut and she replied no because she was leaving in 15 minutes, and a sorry. I left a little perturbed by this situation as you can imagine. From my experience, my haircuts usually take about 15 minutes or less to have done. It would have been easy for her to say come on in and she would have been $15.00 to $20.00 dollars richer depending on the tip. I have many years of giving good customer service and know that it doesn't take much to make people happy. There is a general customer service rule , have a good experience and you might tell 1 or 2 people but if you have a bad experience you often tell more than 10 people. I'm sure I would have left a good tip if she would have fitted me in for an appointment and it is her loss on revenue. I will not be returning to this business for a haircut and will tell my friends and family of my poor customer service experience.
