Used to be a really great company. They brought back an old employee and it seems the staff left or the ones I used to deal with anyway. It went seriously down hill. Too bad.
BM4S has provided property maintenance for our entire subdivision near Blue Mountain for the past several years & they provide outstanding service! Even in the worst of storms they’ve never let us down - clearing snow, sanding the ice - residents have never been snowed in. They follow the municipal snow plow trucks so that the driveways dont end up being blocked with a wall of snow/ice from the big municipal plows. Thank you!

Used them for snow removal and they drove off the driveway twice and left a 30 foot long rut about a foot or so deep by 18 inches wide. They promised to repair it and they are giving us the run around. It is now mid June and the damage was done 4 months ago. They are too busy or someone will be there next week - nothing has happened. Would never use them again for any services!

Repairs were completed at the property that you speak of in Windfall. Yes our driver accidentally slipped off of the driveway resulting in a large rut down the side of the drive in the sod. Ground conditions and spring cleanups hindered our process and timeline to correct our mistake. Repairs were completed we ask that you acknowledge that the repairs are completed.
