Dear valued customer, I'm sorry that your experience here was, from what I understand after reading your review - a poor one. We try and respond to each and every review we receive in a timely fashion, however I seemed to have missed this one, since it stands alone on a separate sight. I will now try to address all the points you have mentioned in your review. Here at More Fun with Bounce, we try our very best to keep this facility as clean as possible. I'm sorry if our standards did not meet yours. We've never had any complaints about the temperatures within. In fact, there are individual heaters in all of our party rooms. Since this is an Indoor Playground that facilitates the 'free play' of children, the temperatures cannot be too high as that would defeat the purpose of having our little children get some good physical activity. We do require everyone who enters our facility to take off their shoes. This is how we maintain a clean space for our children to play, and it should be a requirement for any Indoor Playground. The dedicated area for shoes is at the front entrance, as is in most of the similar facilities. I'm sorry that one of your guest's shoes were taken by mistake.- it was a mistake. I remember your party as well as the shoe (belonging to your mother-in-law), the other pair is still here (Dr Scholl's in black), and it's the one and only time this has ever happened. Hopefully, the poor lady who committed the mistake might read this and return with the smaller pair that she ended up taking. She probably realizes now that the pair she has is tighter, I don't see a smaller pair as being more comfortable -do you?. So to assume that she had stolen it is quite distasteful. Next, we do not make it a practice to 'hound' our customers for payment - as you put it. Most of our customers always clear their outstanding balance without us having to ask. If you were pleasantly asked once (and it would have only been once), that would have been at the end of your scheduled party where the initiation to clear the balance wasn't made on your part (sometimes customers assume that we keep the credit card on file or they honestly forget, so a reminder is usually never taken offensively). I'm sorry if you took offence to that, however, we are a business and payment is a requirement. Lastly, with all do respect, we do not prevent our customers from visiting our facility prior to booking, in fact, I welcome and most often advise my customers to visit. This way there are no unpleasant surprises on the big happy day which is meant for truly celebrating that special little person, and nothing less. We have been fortunate enough to have a good number of reviews written by many of our customers which can definitely validate my response to your review - on our Facebook page 'More Fun with Bounce'. For anyone who might read this particular review, please read the many great experiences that many of our other customers have had. This will give you a good idea as to what a great facility we have, as well as the type of service we try to deliver. We are also humbled to be a nominee for the 2016 Top Choice Award in our category. It would be an honor and achievement, and the main reason why we work so hard at becoming better.
