Put my order in 2 months in advance and told them I was flexible with what they had in stock. I called 3 days in advance to confirm pickup time ect and got"were not going to take you on as a customer" I didn't know what to say lol,so I said " my whole order is cancelled with no notice?..not buy more or less,none?" She said "go somewhere else,ok"I hung up mad..the original 2 month wait was because of a medical issue which I thought we worked around. Good product. Inexcusable service needs boycott
We've been fundraising with them for 6 months, and though not the greatest at communications, they deliver great product for a price that can't be beat! Previous comment was due to a serious medical issue, not their fault....
Worst service ever! After repeated unreturned calls to attempt to collect our fundraising order, I was told 'maybe' they would be able to produce next month. When I questioned further, she proceeded to cancel the order and hang up. Awesome. Forced to find another supplier last minute that cost the kids over $300 of their OWN money. So angry. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
