    We received a quo...

    We received a quote from Cankleen, to clean our sofa, that we were happy with. i left work early to meet with with them, at our scheduled appointment. After they were a half hour late, i called them twice with no answer and left a message. No one ever showed nor did they call to let us know they wouldn't make it. Very inconvenient and extremely unprofessional.
