I acknowledge that buying new tires in November was a mistake, it was crazy busy. No issues with a initial price quote or ordering, was told I would get a call when the tires were in. That didnt happen, had to chase them down. They dont take appointments so the first day I was turned away. Arrived earlier the next day, was told it would take two hours. Four hours later the tires are on but they had broken two of the wheel hubs. Cost $85. to replace them. Not impressed.

Excellent service, fast and professional. This is the third time in two years that my family has needed their services and they are consistently quick, competitively priced, and professional.

My first visit to Kipling Tire made me feel like... "this is how it should be". In my experience, I received fast, courteous service from Kipling Tire, that has been reliable so far. Now I take my car in for everything, I even store my tires there!! The location is convenient, and the waiting area has cool displays and flat screens, that make you want to stay. I was surprised when they told me my car was done... I actually enjoyed the waiting area... where else does that happen??
