Does not ship within 2 business days as they claim. Hard to reach anyone over the phone, spent the last 2 days calling repeatedly trying to reach anybody. When I finally reached someone, she told me my order had not been sent even though they had promised a prompt shipment, that because of christmas I would now only recieve it in an extra week! Have ordered numerous times from them, always with promises that things will go smoothly this time around. It's never the case. I cancelled my order but have yet to recieve my refund. Unless you like headaches, try another online store. So disapointed!
