I think they’re alright. I put in my Canada Goose Jacket to be cleaned and they did a great job. It came back looking brand new. I think the cost of dry cleaning a jacket is a little much, but I guess it cost that much to clean a top of the line jacket.. I know I’ll bring it back next Time it needs cleaned.
They people have totally ruined my partners clothes collection

Excellent customer service, kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the best way to get stains out of clothing and the impact on fibers. Garments are consistently cared for, cleaned using eco-friendly solvent free process, pressed and professionally packaged. Free delivery to and from home or work. Always a pleasure to wear clothing freshly cleaned by Hamilton Cleaners. Clothes are returned looking & smelling like new! Would highly recommend! Wouldnt trust anyone else with my clothing.
I use these guys for pickup and delivery. Can't tell you how convenient that is for me as I work long hours. They do an impeccable job at cleaning and pressing my clothes.

I love these guys. They're establishment is so fresh and clean. Well designed which makes for an amazing atmosphere for a dry cleaners. The staff are always nice. Love the front desk lady. And I've never had my clothes cleaned better anywhere else.
They returned a custom suit of mine 2 different colours. When I asked what happened they said it must have been something I did because they didnt ruin it. They were difficult to get in touch with after the problem and never returned any of my calls. They did not resolve the issue, they left it at, They will not help and it is my responsibility
Wear can cause damage to the fabric as well as perspiration, salt, hair products and even alcohol, smoke, dirt, dust and a direct exposure to sunlight may not be evident until these contaminants are removed when cleaned. The discolouration was minimal and as stated, there was a lot more dirt on the pants than the jacket.
In fact we asked you what you wanted us to do, and you said you would like to be compensated, to which we replied, Done! And we refunded your cleaning bill.
