    Dropped the ball.

    Went here with lower back pain. Was told because I drive truck I don't do anything and that's why my back hurts. Went to another place that did x-rays first. Aside from the scoliosis I have 2 vertibrae that were touching and being fused together. I also have a phase 2 spondilosis of the lumbar. I am now awaiting surgery. The chiropractor wasn't thorough in exam, he was arrogant and conceited and a waste of money. I don't recommend this place at all.

    Appointment times are way off double bookings

    Be warned if you have an appointment at 9:20 expect two others to show up as well that time and expect to wait well beyond your time. This is not a hospital or a walk in the appointments are scheduled and thus should not happen. 920 in the morning with all waiting rooms full (3 I think) and people waiting.

    GRSM does not double book patients except in extreme circumstance when a patient needs to be seen. In this particular case, the other patient was seeing another practitioner first, for a preliminary assessment prior to seeing the doctor. Unfortunately, our doctors sometime get behind schedule and we have made changes to reduce the incidents of such delays.
