Was contacted by Mark to provide professional consultative services on his equipment used in the business. Now that the work is done and submitted he is unwilling to make payment or even respond to inquiries on this matter. Rather dishonest. Not a large billing either. You decide if you want to do business with Mark Elliott Associates Ltd, Lively Ontario.

Very unprofessional

Mark Elliot is very unprofessional. In our dealings with him and with his brother's company, ACER Land Development, workmanship was of poor quality, materials were overpriced and damage to existing structures was not repaired. Neither party would take responsibility for designs that were not followed, meaning the renovation did not meet the agreed-to blueprints. Services were billed for in the absence of a signed contract and then we were expected to pay. Extremely disappointing and we would never deal with either company again.
