Chubb Edwards

I switched to Chubb Edwards from another company because Chubb offered me 3 free months to switch. What a terrible mistake. My alarm system stopped working and Chubb charged me $125 to not fix it. I offered to pay the 3 month back to cancel the contract because I was moving, but they forced me to pay for the entire contract for more than a year. I strongly advise people to not deal with this firm.
