I am giving this company 1 star because the system wont allow me to give less. GE warranty service no call when promised sat at home waiting for the entire day for fridge repair only to find out when i called in that the technician was not even in. The lady on the phone said "now i guess i have to reschedule all of his calls" hard to believe they were oblivious until i called in. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE!!!!

This is your opening statement, change it I am still awaiting resolution and a call back from your supervisor in customer service. i am in the customer service industry and i understand what it takes to make customers happy and stuff happens understood but when there is no sense of urgency and your supervisors does not even follow up? you have lost all trust and your customer is left hanging.
Got a quote for replacing 4 fridge gaskets, parts and labour. Quote was $200 labour + parts $140 plus taxes PER fridge. Parts found elsewhere online through Canadian parts website for $90 each gasket. We did the labour ourselves, it literally took one person 45 minutes per fridge. Super easy DIY.Yes they should charge for travel, but $800 for an install that takes max 4 hours is ridiculous! When I asked how much time the labour quote was based on, and how many men for the job, got no answer....
washer issue. technician came, just took a quick look, it cost me around $150, second day a lady called me ask above payment info, then told me my washer needs replaced pump, parts plus labour will cost me around $900. i ask how much i pay for a new washer,she said i dont sell washer. then i turn to other repair company, they sent guy to me and had my washer repaired. cost me $80, i gave the guy $20 tips. huge different!!!
Do not use this company!! They charged $150.00 for a diagnosis which is fine but broke the keypad on my range vent in the meantime. I took a half day off work to accommodate their second visit which they did not show up for and did let me know until 4:00 in the afternoon. When I asked if I could get my money back for a part they pre charged me for without my knowledge they said NO. I just wanted to count my losses with the $150 and use someone else. They are rude,combative. Awful company!!!
