Worst company to ...
Worst company to deal with when trying to upgrade your cell phone at Walmart. Was on hold (8 - 10 minutes) waiting to talk to an agent at Rogers. OSL rep, hung up to deal with another customer. He called back on to have the new wait time be 28 - 40 minutes. Worst experience ever. Will NEVER deal with them again
