    I am overwhelmed with the service I received two weeks ago. I looked everywhere for some replacement parts for my old hedger/trimmer but to no avail. My last resort was Stanley and they pulled through!! The parts that were sent to me were not compatable with my OLD trimmer and Stanley apologized and sent me a new trimmer free of charge because they don't make the parts any longer. Thank you SO much for doing this. I highly recommend you guys. Loving my new trimmer.

    Can't determine if they are open post-COVID19. Phones calls are not answered, just a recorded message menu for which the options are not answered.

    No one will answer the phone....u get put on hold for so long .i guess they hope u get pissed off and go away...but if u stay on they drop your call...too bad u cant gove a ZERO rating

    Reading the other reviews. Bad business practice when they dont answer the phones...I have been on hold for the last 20 min....I already know no one will answer. Same voice message over and over. It cant be that swamped with customers at 11:38 am on a Monday morning. Answer the phone somebody!!!

    I ordered a trimmer part and except for the fact that they forgot to call me to tell me it was in stock (I had to call back to verify) there were no issues. Might have been if it had been a critical part - IT WASN'T !! Telephone wait time was short Staff were professional and courteous

    being calling every day for a week on hold for an hour each day, tell me to email did that no reply. not even sure still in business if so awful customer service
