    Thanks for the help

    They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). And my printer. They also cleaned and restored my old data. I am extremely impressed with their services. I am giving TECHhelp five stars.I strongly recommend this company.

    I was impressed by the Remote Services.

    TECHhelp saved me lots of time and money by fixing my Mac Pro remotely (over the internet). I must be hones,I was concerned about having the technician connecting to my Mac over the internet. I later found out that he could not log into my system without my permission and a password. My Mac is working much better.I did not have to leave my home. I also paid less because the repair was done remotely. I strongly recommend Remote Services. when you have an emergency and need help quickly.

    Proactive and Professional

    Techelp has been doing all of our tech support for almost five years. When we originally contacted them, we had experienced a hard drive crash which resulted in the loss of a lot of important data, but they recovered it all. They have since set up a network infrastructure and recommended the most effective anti-virus programs on an ongoing basis. They have also provided recommendations on any new equipment which is required, as well as pickup and delivery service and installations.

    Al helped us set up our Android box. He also explain how to use it. He setup our wireless network and printer. Our computer and Android box and network are working good. Strongly recommended.
