I brought my computer here to get fixed. He said he could have it done in a few days. A week later, still not done and no one in the office could answer why. So fine, I came back a few days later.... still not done. The next time I went in, they had it complete! I took it home, ready to get some work done and FFS it was not fixed. I brought it back. The next time I came in to get my computer, they said my cord never came with it and that I must have lost my cord because they didn't have it.
I needed something for the next day Brent the own said he would have it at 9 am. I went in at 1130 to get it the lady working there said it wasn't in. I was Alittle upset cuz I needed the parcel. I said alright well I'll be back I guess. Came back at 230 Brent was there and said I got a call when I was at the store getting what you need to no bring it you don't need it. I replied no I said I'd be back. He sat there. So I said I guess I'll find it else where. He replied with yup! Not happy!!

Had a nasty virus. Took my machine into them and they fixed it right up. The techs were very courteous and kindly explained the work they were doing in a way I could understand. Will use them again for any issues I might have.
These guys totally saved our business during a transition period! Great service from printers to laptops to web sites, they did it all!

This customer couldn't be pleased except for a full refund of services that were working and performed. She complained of a part that wasn't even worked on or repaired. We finally offered a free part, and she choose to pay an amount elsewhere to rectify the issue.
A great place to go, and they do a wide variety of services from faxing to ink to repairs.
