Had a terrible encounter with a manager that could not care less about customer service. The McDonalds app was not working but according to the mgr it was my fault even though they know their app is terrible.
I believe it was on May 31, around noon. I noticed Sandra cleaned tables, floors, pop dispenser with prompt manner. Her work was thorough and quick. I am very much impressed.
