I had to get a filling and was terrified! Had been traumatized as a child with a bad dentist. They gave me gas and took their time, they did a fantastic job! I just can’t thank them enough, I’m sorry that I can’t remember the dentist and assistant’s names but I have had excellent treatment by everyone in this clinic. I am over joyed with the results! Thank you Appletree!
This is an excellent dentist. He's the best I've ever been to and he and his staff are so incredibly nice as well as competent.
Beware ... I agree with one of the reviews this place is all about the money. Went with my wife for the first time and never even saw a dentist but both of us were booked for fillings that was diagnosed by the dental hygienist that was doing our cleanings. Was told the dentist was in surgery while my wife was told a diff story as to why the dentist couldnt see us. Walked out of the office without seeing a dentist and booked for 2 fillings. Read online this should never happen and not allowed.
They have been excellent with both my son and me. My son has Autism and a visit to the dentist is difficult for him- they've been amazing with him and make things so much easier.
Went in as a new patient for an extraction and they couldnt get the tooth out. Still charged my insurance company. Bottom line is $$ for these guys. Stay away from this office if u r in Newcastle!!!!!
