I recently purchased 2 icecaps at your location; one regular one, the other mocha. I repeated my order,twice and becoming frustrated and accepted the order; which later regretted. However, the mixture I received was terrible tasting and I discarded it. The employee who served me obviously didn't appreciate your valued customers, due to his bad attitude and performance. I would advise that this branch's manager should review all his staff. If he wants customers to return to this location.
